No. Send the best version you have first. If a better scan would materially improve the result, the studio can recommend settings before work begins.
Can you guarantee every missing detail can be recovered?
No. Severe loss may require reconstruction, and the distinction between recovered evidence and creative reconstruction should be clear.
Can I order physical products?
The site is designed to support that. Fulfillment and checkout need to be connected before public launch.
Can you animate a family photograph?
Yes, as a clearly created memory piece using tasteful motion and authorized narration or voice material.
